Returns and 100-night trial

100-night trial

Sleep on your Calmwyn pillow for up to 100 nights. Most people need one to two weeks to adjust, so give it at least two weeks and try a different height layer first. If it is still not right, email us and we refund the pillow. You do not ship it back: donate it to a local charity and send us the receipt.

Accessories

Pillowcases, knee pillows and masks can be returned unused, in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we will send you the return address.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. We never refund with store credit only. One trial per household.
